    Returns and Exchanges

    1. Any functional problems or defects must be notified to Ruf&Co within 7 days of purchase.

    2. To be eligible for a full refund or credit, products purchased must be new, unused and free of dog hair and/or damage within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging, receipt or order number is required. Full inspection will be handled by Ruf&Co before approval.

    3. All plush toys are final and only subjected to an exchange within 7 days of purchase if they are unused and free of any dog hair and/or damage. Shipping back to Ruf&Co HQ is responsible of the buyer to receive his/her full exchange.

    4. Non-product related fees (shipping and handling transactions) are non-refundable.

    5. All special orders are final and cannot be returned.

    RUF APPROVED Warranty

    6 Months 

    1. Every Purchase except plush toys includes a one time forgiveness which will replace your item with a new one whether its your fault or ours. This insurance is offered by Ruf&Co so that you can focus more on your adventures !


    1. Water Damage - If liquid damages a Cosmic product(s), (ea. a water spill from coffee, a drink, etc), the product of the liquid damage will not be covered by Ruf&Co’s 6 Month Warranty. Ruf&Co devices are equipped with contact indicators that will show whether the product has come into contact with liquid. The LCI will activate on water and will turn the indicator from white to red. Humidity and temperature change will not affect the performance of the LCI.

    2. USB cord - Any damages or defects of the USB cord must be notified to Ruf&Co within the day of purchase in order to receive a full exchange. Damages caused will not be subject to a refund.

    3. Ruf&Co warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: RUF, as defined below, warrants this RUF-branded hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (6) MONTHS from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, RUF will either (1) repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.



    Lifetime Warranty is offered specifically only for RUF Products. 

    Warranty only covers manufacturers defects.

    Water Damage or any type of damage waives your warranty.
